What do I need to be ready for my first appointment?
You will need to have a computer, a copy of QuickBooks® or Peachtree® (either installed or
still in the box), and your accounting records (which would include bank
statements, credit card statements, copies of your deposits, vendor bills, etc).
Will you come to my business, or do I have to
come to your office?
We prefer to meet with you in your office. That is where your computer is, and
that is where your records are located.
How long will it take you to setup my
QuickBooks® or Peachtree®?
The average time for a simple small business is about two hours, and that
includes a little training on how to use your new accounting program. However, every business is
different, and it can take anywhere from one hour to a couple of days to setup
your books, depending on how complicated your business is and how much you are
willing to do with our instruction.
